John Flynn - Recruitment Director (Permanent Business)
Before setting up Maloy and Flynn Recruitment, John had a successful career as a recruitment consultant and had developed many long standing business relationships. Having set out in recruitment in 1998, John really does have a sound understanding of his specialist sector which is commercial recruitment.
John spent the last 2 years of his consultants career with a leading national consultancy where he gained invaluable experience and training before deciding to put his skills and expertise to the test by jointly setting up Maloy and Flynn Recruitment Ltd in October 2004.
John has a young family who occasionally allow him time to pursue his interests in scuba diving, golf and swimming. The rest of John's time is spent working in and around his home.


Barry Maloy - Recruitment Director (Temporary Staff)
Barry is a driving force behind the sales and strategy at Maloy and Flynn. Barry worked as an estate agent for 5 years and found the transition into business sales to be a natural progression in his career. Using his professional approach to work and his commitment to providing the highest quality of service, Barry has quickly become a recognised professional within the recruitment industry.
A keen golfer, he regularly plays courses throughout Leicestershire. He is also an advanced skier, an avid football supporter and attends the gymnasium on a regular basis!

With Barry's experience, Maloy and Flynn Recruitment have become established in the sales and legal recruitment sectors to compliment John's administrative and secretarial recruitment background. In all, Maloy and Flynn offer a complete Recruitment service to the commercial sector.

Marian Sawczuk - Senior Recruitment Consultant
Marian, who joined us a year ago, is a senior consultant with many years experience with leading private recruitment agencies. Over the years, she has built strong relationships with many companies and organisations. Marian deals with candidates at all levels from entry level to directors and also recruits throughout the U.K. as well as locally. She specialises in senior management, engineers and staff for the Training Industry.


Lee Loakes - Recruitment Consultant
Lee joined the Maloy and Flynn team in the summer of 2009.
Having already firmly established himself as a professional and trusted name within Education Recruitment, Lee has a well rounded understanding of the challenges faced on a day to day basis by both Schools and Teachers alike. His “always there” approach has proved key to the smooth and efficient service he provides.
Outside of the office, Lee is also keen musician and can often be found at local “open mic” nights.


Emma Corns - Recruitment Consultant
Emma joined the team in November 2009 and has enjoyed great success with Maloy and Flynn. Emma had worked in a sales environment since leaving university but felt she needed more than just another sales role so decided to harass Maloy and Flynn until they gave her a job! She feels recruitment offers her that little bit extra that she couldn’t get in sales and she hopes to develop a long and fulfilling career within the industry. In her spare time Emma enjoys lots of shopping, taking care of her many cats and viewing properties she hopes one day to buy.


Emma-Rose Durham – Recruitment Consultant
Emma joined Maloy & Flynn Recruitment in 2009 and became the infamous Emma-Rose due to another colleague already being the “Emma” of the office. Emma started as the office receptionist but within a couple of months had climbed the ranks to become a Recruitment Consultant. Since then she has had great success and now there is no stopping her!!
