Job Title:
Insurance Claims Advisor
Location: Leicester
Salary: £14000 - £19000 DOE
Duration: Permanent

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for day to day claims support and processing

Ensure work is kept up to date and entered onto company claims management system.

Ensure companies' philosophy, standards, service levels are adhered to

Ensure there is excellent communication with all contacts - internally and externally

Ensure all relevant policies and procedures are adhered to

Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

Provide excellent customer service to policy holders, clients and colleagues.

LEVEL OF AUTONOMY AND/OR DECISION MAKING:

Role holder receives guidance from line manager but has some autonomy and can propose new ways to do things, role requires low level of supervision.

Handling limit on value of claim without supervision of under £20,000 or with supervision under £50,000.

Request any level of payment however cannot authorise payments.

Our client is a major player within the housing association. Although they deal on a national level, their offices are based in Leicester.

They are actively looking for 3 customer service advisors to work in their busy Support Centre. There are 3 shifts available - 5.00pm - 1.00am Monday to Friday, 10.00am - 3.00pm Monday to Friday and 10.00am - 6.00pm Saturday and Sunday.

Although full training is provided, our client is looking for candidates with experience within a customer service environment and also people who are commited to their work.

Our client is actively looking for 5 customer service advisors to work in their busy Support Centre. The ideal candidate will have an Insurance background however, a telephone based customer service background and a willingness to learn is also welcomed.

Full training is provided along with the option to obtain additional qualifications within the Insurance industry.

Our client is relocating to the outskirts of Leicester, therefore any candidates will need to drive or be prepared to catch at least 1 bus to work.
