Job Summary/Purpose

You will be responsible for increasing and maintaining sales volume through targeted outbound activity from a business to business customer base, across all business segments.

Job Outline

To actively make outbound telephone calls to potential customers
Convert prospects into sales leads for an external visit/follow up by Area Sales Managers
To accurately measure conversion rates
Build relationships with prospects and attain key information as per the scripted specification
To participate in specific campaigns and projects designed to target specific market sectors and areas

Customer Service Advisor
Location: Leicester
Salary: £14500

Purpose of Position

To provide front-line support for new and existing domestic customers, to champion the customer by being the focal point for providing information on our products and services and resolving customer queries and complaints.

Key Accountabilities

Manage inbound and outbound customer service calls
Own and resolve complex customer queries accurately and efficiently
Build relationships with colleagues throughout the business (e.g. sales, installations & scheduling) to investigate and resolve customer issues
Prepare communications to customers (e.g. letters / faxes)
Capture and collate data for reporting purposes (e.g. on excel spreadsheets)
Be responsible within the department for specific tasks that form key parts of the customer journey.
Update appropriate systems to capture relevant information and maintaining accurate records
Contribute to specific projects and initiatives to improve systems or processes that will help deliver a better customer experience

Our client is a an established marketing company who work for the public sector as well as private firms in the UK.

The Telemarketers role is to contact a specific client base on behalf of the end user with a view to collating relevant information relating to each marketing campaign.

The ideal candidate will be customer focussed and have a professional telephone manner as well as very good comptuer skills.
