Who are we?
Established in 2004 and serving Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and the West Midlands, Maloy & Flynn have quickly become the single port of call for education professionals. With our personal and honest approach, we have built strong and established relationships with both schools and teachers alike. This allows us to tailor the perfect match between teacher and school every time.
Our offices are based on New Walk, in the heart of Leicester City Centre and only a short walk from the Leicester train station.

What do we do?
In a nutshell, we provide local teachers for teaching roles and teaching roles for local teachers. We have the expertise to exactly match the requirements of both our teachers and our client schools.
Our teachers work in a wide variety of schools including rural areas, inner city locations and schools with a wide ethnic and multicultural mix of students.
Education placements range from Daily Supply, Short and Long-Term contracts to Permanent positions.
We are available from 7.20am taking day to day bookings.

Teachers
Whether you are an NQT, Experienced Qualified teacher or if you are returning to teaching after a career break, we would like to hear from you if you are looking for work in the Midlands.

We pride ourselves on our relationship with teachers and realise it is important that you feel valued and supported. We listen to and take onboard your feedback, and strive to find placements where you will feel comfortable.
We offer competitive rates of pay on a weekly basis and are able to cover your expenses tax free.

Schools
At Maloy & Flynn we want to take the stress out of finding the perfect member of staff for your school. You can rest assured that all of our teachers have received the highest level of clearance and referencing checks.
We are confident that our experienced consultants deliver only the highest quality staff. Our ethos is to “consult” with our clients rather than “sell to” them.
Every one of our temporary or permanent staff receive full DfES compliant vetting checks including face to face registration, multiple referencing, CRB & List 99 checks, ID checks and GTC checks.
We are happy to provide written confirmation for your own HR file should you wish.
