We are actively recruitming for experienced customer service advisors to cover a nightshift between 10.00pm and 6.00am on a rotating shift pattern

The ideal candidates will have some customer service experience and enjoy dealing with telephone enquiries.

The position is based in the South Leicester area

To provide exceptional Customer Support to Export Markets either via telephone or email with the aim resolving of queries, specifically the Middle Eastern, South African and Latin American importers and on occasion, covering issues raised by European and Asia Pacific dealers.  Responsible for answering queries raised by Export markets either via telephone or email.. Cross functional communications with transport, planning and operations will be required to resolve queries, Order management - create/change dealer orders and be able to extract necessary reports. We are looking for a candidate with strong communication and problem solving skills. Customer Support is a demanding department requiring the candidate to be able to organise their time, prioritise their duties effectively and work on their own initiative. Teamwork is essential, it is important the candidate works closely with the team to achieve departmental and business goals and be able to seize opportunities to improve overall performance.
