JOB PURPOSE JOB DUTIES Work the Material Planners checklist on a daily basis Establish root cause and work to resolve any issues which could affect supply of parts. Escalate where appropriate any issues/areas needing attention Work to agree Key Performance Indicators on the following. Back Order Reduction (incl Aged orders). Support the Supplier Portal Roll Out Required to work closely with the Client, Supply Base, Customer Support, Purchasing, Inventory Management,Operations and Inbound logistics. Strong planning and Organising skills Excellent oral Communication Skills, supported by good written skills. Must be target drive, persistent, take ownership and be a self starter. Clen Driving licence, supplier visits required in the UK |

Customer Services Assistant Responsibilities: Responsible for answering queries raised by Export markets either via telephone or email. Communicating with the Middle Eastern, South African and Latin American importers and on occasion covering issues raised by European and Asia Pacific dealers. Cross functional communications with transport, planning and operations will be required to resolve queries, Order management - create/change dealer orders and be able to extract necessary reports. Experience/Skills required: We are looking for a candidate with strong communication and problem solving skills. Customer Support is a demanding department requiring the candidate to be able to organise their time, prioritise their duties effectively and work on their own initiative. Teamwork is essential, it is important the candidate works closely with the team to achieve departmental and business goals and be able to seize opportunities to improve overall performance.
